2. Licensing of Digital Assets
All logo templates, brand kits, fonts and design assets purchased through our catalog are licensed under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license. You may use purchased assets on client projects and commercial work. Redistribution, resale or inclusion in competing marketplaces is strictly prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use any materials from Truebay Atelier for illegal purposes, hate speech, fraudulent branding, or any activity that violates third-party intellectual property. Courses and tutorial content may not be recorded or shared without explicit written consent.
4. Purchases and Refunds
All sales are final. Refund requests are considered only within 14 days of purchase if a file is proven defective. Custom work and workshop seats are non-refundable once attended or delivered.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Assets and courses are provided “as is”. Truebay Atelier makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability of the website.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California under California law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
